The Spoon Theory →
I have never heard this before now, it’s perfect. What a great way to explain daily life with a chronic illness! Obviously, I can adjust the ‘learning to deal with elss spoons’ parts, to ‘learning why I never had as many spoons as other people’ to suit my own situo-so and stuff. But yeah, I like this.
